Dan Hernandez
Dan Hernandez received a Bachelor´s degree in Fine Arts in 2000 from Northwest Missouri State (Maryville, MO) and a Master´s degree in Fine Arts in 2002 from American University (Washington, DC). Hernandez’s paintings explore the visual dialog between religion, mythology, and pop culture. His work is exhibited widely in solo and group exhibitions and has been written about and published by several magazines including ARTnews, HyperAllergic, Artillery Magazine, Arte Fuse, Gizmodo, and Der Spiegel. Dan is currently an Associate Professor in the Art Department at the University of Toledo.
