João Massano
João Andrade Massano is a Lisbon based artist, born in 1997 in Lisbon.
Lived his whole childhood in Benavente, then he moved to Lisbon where he got his high school graduation in Graphic Design at António Arroio art school. In 2016 and 2017, he participated in ARCO´s Oil painting summer Course. After that, he attend his first artistic residence in MArt school between 2016 and 2017, where he had engraving classes with professor Ana Lúcia Natividade. In 2017, he starts an course of aesthetics in Appleton Square in Alvalade (Lisbon), with professor José Carlos Pereira. In 2019,he finishes his Bachelor in Painting Fine Arts Faculty, and attend the "Barbeito" artistic residence with Pousio association.
Nowadays, he lives in Lisbon, where he works in Atelier Alçapão.
